Brief note on Cancellations, if applicable:

For cancellations 30 or more days before the start of the congress there will be 100% refund less bank expenses.
For cancellations 29 or less days before the start of the congress there will be no refund.
All cancellations MUST be received by email at secretary@my-gch.com. They will be effective upon confirmation back from us.
