General information

• The congress takes place in the Hotel Meliá Sitges 4* situated in Sitges (Barcelona - Spain).
• The official language throughout the congress is English. However, simultaneous translation from English to Spanish will be offered exclusively in the Plenary/Auditorium. A piece of ID will need to be deposited when picking up your receiver.
  
• The registration process to attend GCH2025 is exclusively done online. 
  
• Space is limited! Should onsite registration be possible, a supplement of 50 € p/person will be charged.

 1st  Select the modality of Registration 

The Registration includes:

• Access to the General Session Halls.
• Access to the Exhibition Hall.
• Access to the Poster area.
• Delegate welcome bag including badge, final program, and other related documentation.
• Finger lunch on days 23rd & 24th of April, as per the program.
• Coffee Breaks on days 23rd, 24th, and 25th of April, as per the program.
• Certificate of attendance downloadable for all onsite attendees (the information will be sent by email after the congress).

The Low-resource economy countries, as per the World Bank, currently are:

Brief note on Cancellations:

• Cancellations 60 or more days before the start of the congress (up to February 22): 100% refund less 50 Euro administrative fee.
• Cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the start of the congress (up to March 22): 50% refund.
• Cancellations 29 or less days before the start of the congress (from March 23): no refund.
• Participants are responsible for contracting their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances like illness, COVID, travel delays, etc.
• In case there's a local force majeure that prevents the congress from taking place in the planned physical format, the organization reserves the right to move it virtually and convert each onsite to an online registration.
• All cancellations MUST be received by email at secretary@my-gch.com. They will be effective upon confirmation back from us.

A ] Registration FOR MYSELF: Use this option if you are processing the registration for yourself. 

In order to access the registration form, you must hold an account in MyGCH. If you don't have one yet, please click Join MyGCH on the website or the App and follow the steps. The App offers several additional features including instant notifications not to miss anything, a networking section, etc. so we highly recommend downloading it.

B ] Registration FOR SOMEONE ELSE: Use this option if you are registering someone else, rather than yourself.

Applicable to representatives from travel agencies, laboratories, country delegations or similar, who are registering on behalf of a third person. Important note: If the representative holds an account in MyGCH, please make sure you are logged out so that the platform does not upload your personal details by mistake.
