Sales and Contracting Policy

Global Hysteroscopy SL through its two platforms www.my-gch.com and the MyGCH App, from now on 'Sites', and according to section b) of its corporate purpose (see Legal Notice) which reads as follows:

b) The combination of technical, material, and human resources for the organization of courses, conferences, seminars, and, in general, any informative activity related to the subjects included in the preceding section, as well as the publication of papers, conferences, or research papers.

offers services and informative activities, from now on ‘Activity/ies’ whose contracting is governed by the following conditions of sale:

1.- ACCEPTANCE

The completion of any Activity reservation, subscription or purchase, implies acceptance of our general conditions.

2.- USER

The person, from now on the ‘User’, who contracts any Activity must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered. See Privacy and Cookies Policy on how the personal data is managed.

3.- PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are in EURO and include VAT according to Spanish Law.

For each Activity contracted, the price, if any, and the payment conditions are specified in its corresponding form. The System, depending on the chosen Activity, will request the applicable payment by credit card and occasionally, if possible, in cash or by bank transfer.

The contracting of the Activity is conditioned to the acceptance of the payment by the bank.

4.- PURCHASE PROCESS

The contracting of each Activity is done directly using the form created specifically for this purpose. The contracting process will be completed when the user receives its confirmation by email. In case of a subscription purchase, the Activity will be activated automatically. In cases of an online training purchase (course, congress, etc.) the user will receive the access link at a time close to the date of the Activity.

5.- DATA

All data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive by Global Hysteroscopy SL staff and will only be done for the purposes of managing the Activity or Service contracted and to communicate promotions and offers to potential customers.

6.- MODIFICATIONS AND LIABILITY

Global Hysteroscopy SL publishes with each offered Activity its content and associated conditions, see: dates, duration, preliminary program, the possibility of obtaining a certificate, etc. The contracting of the Activity by the User implies acceptance of the content and conditions of the service.

However, Global Hysteroscopy SL reserves the right to modify the content of the Activity by another of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure. These changes will be made at no extra cost to the User.

Global Hysteroscopy SL will not be responsible for the information, services, and/or products offered and/or provided by third parties through its Sites or for the content provided by third parties. Global Hysteroscopy SL does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the information or services contained on its Sites, nor will it be responsible for direct or indirect damages in relation to the use of the content on its Sites. Global Hysteroscopy SL does not guarantee that the contents of its Sites are suitable or available outside of Spain. In the event that all or part of the content is considered illegal in countries other than Spain, access and use by users is prohibited, and in the event that it occurs, it will be exclusively under the responsibility of the users. , who are required to comply with applicable national laws. The use that can be made of the information and contents that appear on the Global Hysteroscopy SL Sites and/or access to other third-party websites through connections or "links" that appear on their Sites will be made under the sole responsibility of those who carry out this type of act, Global Hysteroscopy SL is not responsible in any case for the damages that may arise from said uses or activities.

7.- SHIPPING COSTS

Purchases of Activities or Services do not produce shipping costs as they are not a material product that requires any physical shipment.

8.- CANCELLATION

The general conditions for canceling the contracting of an Activity – except otherwise specified on each form for each specific service - are as follows: For cancellations 30 or more days prior to the date of the Activity, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations 29 days or less before the date of the Activity, there will be no refund.

Cancellations must be received in writing at the email address info@my-gch.com and will be answered on a case-by-case basis. The cancellation will take effect upon confirmation by Global Hysteroscopy to the User. Likewise, for any doubt or claim, the User must use the email info@my-gch.com.
